Jay Adoni is a seasoned businessman, entrepreneur, and consultant with decades of experience across multiple industries, including consumer goods, real estate, finance, and international trade.

Jay previously served as CEO of a fast-growing snack food company, and provides consulting services to individuals, businesses, and institutions worldwide. He is presently engaged with international art dealers and precious metals importers and exporters, facilitating private, high-value, and confidential transactions.

From 2008 to 2014, Jay served as owner and CEO of PLV Studio, Inc., a women's footwear and accessories manufacturer and retailer behind two globally recognized brands — Pour La Victoire and Kelsi Dagger. He has also built a strong foundation in real estate, previously serving as a licensed broker and salesperson with Bobrow, Inc., a New York City-based firm engaged in nationwide real estate management, development, and sales.

Jay's real estate development career spans nearly three decades. Beginning in 1995, he developed a site in Glen Cove, New York that became a ShopRite Supermarket, which he later sold in 2001 to the Dutch-owned Ahold Group (Stop & Shop). He subsequently developed a second supermarket, sold to King Kullen, and went on to develop a shopping center anchored by a drive-through Walgreens — all within Glen Cove, New York.
